 Job Description         DTMB Agency Services is in need of a Business Analyst to provide excellent customer service supporting both project and work request needs for the Environment, Great Lakes and Energy (EGLE) Agency.  This person will have the opportunity to join two in-flight projects focused on implementing new IT solutions to provide increased efficiencies and public support for environmental health and drinking water programs.  These IT solutions leverage current technologies and include working with multiple EGLE subject matter experts, partners in the Local Health Departments, vendors, and the general public.
        Key responsibilities include being the liaison between DTMB and the project stakeholders, as well as providing expert facilitation and elicitation to help develop strategy and requirements for future enhancements and related work projects.  In addition, as part of the overall support for EGLE, this person will be a critical member of the DTMB Agency Services Business Analyst team, participating in various related work requests for EGLE and contributing to the operational activities of the BA team.

We need a staff Aug with below specified requirements:

•       The candidate must have experience in designing transactions using NIST protocols.

•       The candidate must have experience in designing and implementing the Oracle Notification service.

•       The candidate must have expertise in designing, developing and implementing Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.

•       Design and develop enterprise software applications in .NET using MVC in C#.

•       Design and develop in ASP.NET web API and web-component based web UI.

•       Experience working with Agile methodologies for the project development.

•       Actively participate in scrum team, creation and validation of code and unit tests in an Agile environment.

•       Proficient in Web Services and WCF, SOAP, XML, XSL, XSLT, CSS, DOM, HTML, AJAX, Java Script, response web design, angular, bootstrap.

•       Extensive knowledge of .NET code libraries.

•       Hands-on experience in web services-RESTful.

•       Designing and developing the Web API and WCF.

•       Experience in Developing User Interface (UI) Rich Web Applications, and Web Service Applications using Front End/User Interface (UI) Technologies like Object Oriented JavaScript, Type Script, Angular 5, Angular JS, Node JS, Bootstrap, Media Queries, CSS Frameworks, C++.

•       Experience in testing the web application using JAWS screen reader.

•       Experience in implementing the ADA compliance for web applications.     

•       The candidate should expertise in integrating the selenium with the dot net framework.

•       Develop design documents, application infrastructure diagrams, and flow diagrams to be leveraged during implementation.

•       Experience with fully automating CI/CD pipelines end-to-end, from code commits to production releases.
